Overview
Solair is a mixed-use, 22 story building with retail, parking and condominiums on the upper levels. A series of metal and stucco wall panels, in shades of green, resonate the quality of the Wiltern historical building across the street. The condominium tower is ellipse-shaped with faceted glass panels and balconies. As project manager, I oversaw the construction, while working at Archeon Group.
