Overview
This project centers on a 1,400 sq. ft. expansion to an existing single - family residence, on a 28,500 sq. ft. lot. There is a new family room, dining area, gourmet kitchen with a central island, a master suite, an office, and a laundry room. The existing 1,500 sq. ft. were also remodeled. The smooth, refined white stucco exterior finish contrasts with the main entry tall pair of black steel-and-glass doors.
