Overview
Behind the primary family home, the ADU is a two-story, 1,200 sq. ft. detached residence designed for a young couple and their child, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms share an open plan, for spatial efficiency. The design balances compactness with comfort and autonomy. The project was developed in collaboration with Luis A. Trujillo from LAT Construction.
