Overview
The project integrates a 300 sq. ft. family room addition and a 300 sq. ft. roof deck. The existing 2,500 sq. ft. included a new kitchen and a remodel of the master suite. Situated on an 18,300 sq. ft. lot, the addition was carefully massed to maintain the established exterior vocabulary while re - imagining the interior spaces. Dmytro Bytsenko served as project designer, with Olmos Architects as project architect.
